A Family Tradition
in Welding
Welding runs in the Eastling family. Long before Precision Welding LLC was founded, Scott, Jason, and Gary Eastling were working in the trade, learning the skills and values that define their business today. They started their careers working alongside their father, who owned Eastling Welding, gaining hands-on experience in repairs, fabrication, and problem-solving.
In 2012, Scott and Jason took the next step, starting their own subcontracting business while still working with their father. What began as a small side operation quickly grew as word spread about their quality craftsmanship and reliability. In 2018, their brother Gary joined the business, and in 2020, they went full-time.
